**Refund & Return Policy**

At Project Valor Guard, your contributions support important veteran initiatives. Therefore, all contributions are **final and non-refundable**.

**1. No Refunds**  
Once a contribution is made, it cannot be refunded or reversed—no exceptions.

**2. Thank-You Gifts**  
Any items (e.g., limited-edition T-shirts) are complimentary and cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded. Please review our size chart carefully before contributing.

**3. Damaged or Incorrect Items**  
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us **within 7 days** of delivery with photos. We'll promptly send a replacement at no extra cost.
